Crystal was born and raised in Frostburg, MD. In 1995 she received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Shenandoah University. In 2000, she received her Bachelors of Science in nursing from George Mason University. She continued her education and in 2010 received her Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner from George Mason in collaboration with George Washington University. She has worked as an RN for Inova Fairfax Hospital and Prince William Hospital. She worked with Culpeper Hospital and an Urgent Care as a Nurse Practitioner. She started with our practice November 2013. Crystal is accredited from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been married for 16 years, has two beautiful daughters and two dogs. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys playing women’s soccer, running and co-ed softball.
